Barrel-aged beer fans are in for some fun this weekend, as the Festival of Wood & Barrel-Aged Beer (FoBAB), North America’s largest and most prestigious barrel-aged beer festival and competition, returns to the University of Illinois-Chicago Dorin Forum.
Guests can expect more than 200 craft breweries from coast to coast, pouring 400 of their rarest, most exclusive wood- and barrel-aged beer, cider and mead.
General admission tickets are $85, and FoBAB 2019 offers three different tasting sessions: Friday, Nov. 8 from 6-10 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 9 from 1-5 p.m.; and Saturday, Nov. 9 from 6–10 p.m. 725 W. Roosevelt. Visit FOBAB.com for ticket information.
